The AC Hotel Santa Rosa, Guerdon’s second AC by Marriott, began factory construction in the fall of 2018. The 142-room project will be set on the site of an existing parking lot at 5th and Davis streets in Santa Rosa, CA’s historic Railroad Square. The five-story project features a site built ground floor with retail space and a restaurant. The second through fifth floors will be made up of 86 modules.
