The Asurion campus headquarters will connect The Gulch and Capital View neighborhoods with a 551,0000-square-foot, mixed-use complex at Church Street and 11th Avenue. It will encompass an eight-and nine-story Class A building atop a six-level parking podium with portions below and above grade, sky bridges connecting the two buildings at floors five and seven and ~8,000 square feet of retail fronting 11th Avenue. Construction is slated for Q1 2019. Delivery is estimated for Q4 2021.
