Scannell purchased 27 acres of one of the last undeveloped sites at Imperial Center- which is considered Raleigh’s premiere mix-use development sites. There are two buildings planned (SF TBD): Innovation 1 is a four -story office building that will be developed in the future. Innovation II is currently under construction and will be 62,355 of flex warehouse space.
