A project to bring more apartments and in-demand office space to midtown Charlotte is full steam ahead.
Site work has begun at Harding Place, which will include 255 apartments atop a parking deck as well as a 66,960-square-foot office building when it delivers in 2018. The mixed-use project, generally bounded by Kenilworth Avenue, Greenwood Cliff Road and Harding Place, is being developed by Charlotte firm CitiSculpt. It will wrap around the existing Wells Fargo branch on Kenilworth Avenue.
