The other trend I'm referring to is the fact that Nashville, and really all of Middle Tennessee, continue experiencing a historic shortage of available office space to rent. Corporate relocations and a steadily growing economy have sapped almost all of that supply, enabling landlords to drive rent to record highs — and not just for newly built space.
