In March 2016, Cousins and Dimensional formed a 50/50 joint venture to develop Dimensional’s new 282,000 square foot office building on a 2.3 acre site located in the South End neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. Dimensional signed a 15-year lease to take 100% of the office and meeting space within the building.
Construction commenced in the fourth quarter of 2016, and delivery is targeted for the fourth quarter of 2018.
