The 33-story, 850,000-square-foot office tower at 620 S. Tryon St. is nearly done with vertical construction, with the highest occupiable floor poured two weeks ago, according to Lincoln Harris, the project's developer. The roof and top of the building's parapet will be done this month.
Lincoln Harris and Goldman Sachs acquired 10 acres, consisting of two major blocks on the south part of uptown, in 2016 for a total of $37.5 million.
